We were all so excited for the start of the 2011 football season and had a fun-filled day planned over at our friends, the Knerr's, house to watch the game.  The girls were all dressed up and ready to go!!

Daddy brought home a surprise for the girls since he'd been out of town so much lately - chocolate icecream and icecream cones.  Needless to say, they enjoyed it immensely!



Uncle Chris's visit

Uncle Chris and his girlfriend Fiorella came to visit and he wanted to celebrate Adelaide's birthday early since he wouldn't be here for her real birthday.  He surprised her with a baking set and a ladybug birthday present.  When she first saw the cake she burst into tears b/c she thought we were having her birthday then and cancelling her Tangled birthday party.  (The things this kid comes up with!)  After some convincing she agreed to blow out the candles and open her present.  Liz, on the other hand, had no problems with the cake and couldn't wait to get her hands on it!  I didn't get as many pictures as I would have liked - I was too busy cleaning RED ICING off of EVERYTHING!!!
